Article: How to Champion True Collaboration
Do you collaborate? Or do you “collaborate”?
Many successful businesses have one particular cornerstone in common: A belief in collaboration.
Collaboration is one of those words that you see on corporate lists of core values. It’s easy for a company to say they collaborate — it’s a bit harder for them actually to do it. The reason for that is that collaboration has to come from the employees themselves. It’s obviously helpful if the founders do it — but they also need to hire the right personalities that themselves believe in true collaboration.
